The Xinyu Mansion in SIP recently got the 3-star rating, the highest rating in the national green building evaluation system.

The 106-meter-tall building was located in the core area of Yangcheng Yinzuo, a headquarters cluster in SIP. It neighbors a green park on the north, and subway and railway stations to the south.

The project, with interior design undertaken by Singapore-based B+H Architects, is designed to provide green and low-carbon offices for Singaporean companies. It is expected to come into use in the second quarter of 2025.
