Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District in SIP hosted a salon session on Dec 30, 2024 with the aim of improving management of high-rise buildings used for industrial and commercial purposes.
Among the participants were representatives from the local work safety committee, industrial development bureau, planning and construction bureau, emergency management bureau and other authorities, experts in building management, and safety management personnel from 30 buildings in the zone.
At the event, Qichacha (also known as QCC.com), a business information system company, shared with the participants its experience in office building safety management.
An expert from SIP Building Safety Alliance explained in detail SIP’s standards on evaluation of safety of comprehensive buildings for business purposes.
Then the safety management personnel inquired about problems and difficulties they encountered in work, and got answers from the representatives of the authorities.
The participants also watched a video about safety management in high-rise buildings.
