The Suzhou branch of Bank of Beijing, a Beijing-based commercial bank, and the Suzhou company of China Overseas Land & Investment Limited (COLI), a company engaged in property development and investment, signed an agreement in Jinji Lake CBD, SIP on Jan 2 to launch strategic cooperation in credit business, fund management and other aspects.

Bank of Beijing opened the Suzhou branch in SIP in June 2023 to serve clients in Suzhou and neighboring areas. COLI celebrated the 20th anniversary of its operation in Suzhou last year. It runs several high-quality buildings in Jinji Lake CBD, and is building new ones in the area.

It is worth mentioning that the agreement between the two parties is the first signed in SIP in the new year.
