TROX Air Conditioning Components (Suzhou) Co Ltd, a branch of TROX GmbH, a global leader in the development, production and marketing of components, appliances and systems for indoor air conditioning and ventilation, received the construction permit for building a new plant in SIP on Dec 30.

The project is located in the southeastern part of SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone. It will cover a land area of about 63 mu (42,000 square meters), and comprise workshops, warehouses and photovoltaic parking sheds with a total built-up area of about 50,000 square meters.

The new buildings will boast a distinctive modern style characterized by simple design, eco-friendliness and wide use of intelligent technology. The total investment is estimated at RMB490 million.
