On-demand food delivery riders and couriers who often work outdoors in SIP’s Jinji Lake Sub-district recently found a new place to take a break during work. The stilt floor of Building 11 of Linglongwan Garden Residential Quarter provides them with not only a water dispenser but also pillows and charging sockets.

Residents in the building spontaneously launched a project in August 2024 to transform the stilt floor space into a recreation site with money they raised during one week. In addition to water and power supply, wash basins, running machines, ping-pong tables, sofas, tables, chairs and books were added for people to do physical exercises, chat and read.

It is learned that the residents in this building also renovated the entrances of the underground parking lot in 2020, expanded the express parcel room in 2021, and changed the elevators of the building last year.
