Two events were held in Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) on Jan 1 to celebrate the New Year’s Day.

HB World, a film-themed entertainment complex, hosted a grand gala which lasted 15 hours. Tens of thousands of people watched the 12-minute fireworks show that started as the clock struck midnight.

Over 600 people including entrepreneurs and running enthusiasts participated in YLPTR New Year Running, which consisted of a 10-kilometer race and a 12.8-kilometer relay for teams from enterprises.

A fair was held concurrently, with photography spots, DIY activities and games devised to give the participants an impressive experience at the beginning of the year 2025.
