In recent years, SIP has taken a series of measures such as providing policy support, making institutional innovation, building platforms and optimizing services to give enterprises in it a helping hand in seeking development overseas.

As early as 2015, SIP started to build the country’s first national-level overseas investment service demonstration platform under the support of the Ministry of Commerce, and since then has instituted a series of policies to push forward the project.

In June, SIP announced to launch a new set of services along with a service platform for enterprises seeking overseas development. Concurrently, the team called “Vanguards for International Development of Enterprises” was formed.

The team is composed of 20 CPC organizations of administrative departments, SIP’s functional zones, and state-owned enterprises such as China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co Ltd and Suzhou Industrial Park Biotech Development Co Ltd.

On the other hand, SIP’s one-stop administrative service platform integrates about 100 services offered by different administrative departments and organizations for overseas investment and business operations.

Concurrently, SIP joins hands with 26 professional organizations including law firms, banks, insurance companies, consulting firms and financial service agencies to provide all-around services for enterprises to enter and expand their presence in overseas markets.

Additionally, SIP’s international business cooperation centers in Singapore, Japan, the Republic of Korea and other countries provide a diversity of services to help enterprises know better about local markets, make or attract investments, introduce talents, and accelerate the progress of their projects.

The industrial park also organizes various events such as salon and training sessions to lend enterprises a hand in controlling risks, understanding related policies and learning experience for overseas business operations.
