Shen Mi, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Suzhou Committee and secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee, led a survey tour to Jinji Lake CBD on Dec 5.
Shen and his contingent first visited the ninth phase of SISPARK. The project, with a total investment of about RMB450 million, will consist of three manufacturing buildings and one annex building. It is positioned as a multi-storey industrial park for enterprises engaged in the smart equipment sector.
The survey team learned details about the progress of the project, and urged the project undertaker to pay high attention to safety management and make the project a good example for intelligent and green construction.
At the NIO House at Suzhou Center, the survey team learned about Chinese electric car startup NIO’s operations in Suzhou, saying that SIP would give its Suzhou branch full support in seeking stronger development.
The survey team then attended the symposium with the representatives from related authorities of Jinji Lake CBD, listening to their work reports and offering advice on the CBD’s development in future.
According to the reports, the CBD has realized a general public budget revenue of RMB14.8 billion and a total investment of RMB13.8 billion in fixed assets from January to October.
