Over 20 students from the medicine departments of Soochow University, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and SIP Institute of Services Outsourcing visited Suzhou Linhwa Medical Devices Co Ltd on May 17 to learn about the company’s operations and talent demand.

In the process, an engineer at the company gave the students a specific introduction to the company’s efforts and achievements in developing medical devices, and showed them the company’s latest outcomes in automatic production.

The students also toured around the company’s laboratories and tried to test and evaluate medical devices. They then listened to several experts’ introductions to the prospects of medical science and technology in the future, and learned details about the company’s staffing and job opportunities from its human resource personnel.

The event was the last of a series of tours that the authorities of Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District had organized in the spring semester in an effort to enhance interactions between enterprises in different industries and talents in higher education institutions so as to facilitate cooperation in technology innovation and drive employment.

In the previous events, the participating students visited China Citic Bank Suzhou Branch, 10 AI enterprises and TF-AMD (Suzhou) Micro-electronics Co Ltd.
