The Saint Louis University China Center was established in Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District, SIP recently. It is dedicated to promoting exchanges between Chinese and American youths.
Founded in 1818, Saint Louis University is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the United States, and it ranks top among global universities in terms of business, medicine, health sciences and law education.
The China Center offers American youths opportunities to take part in internship programs and participate in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in China, aiming to promote academic and cultural exchanges between young people of the two countries.
Before the inauguration, the delegation of Saint Louis University visited the Youth Venture Platform in Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District, where they learned details about its resources and services for young entrepreneurs and their projects.
The Suzhou tryout of the 2024 China-U.S. Young Maker Competition was launched. The Saint Louis University China Center serves as the organizer of the event.
The Saint Louis University delegation also visited the Suzhou Institute for Advanced Research of the University of Science and Technology of China, where the delegation members and the institute’s executives discussed details about a talent exchange program.
