Schools in SIP held various ceremonies to mark the beginning of the autumn semester.

The new campus of Suzhou Junior High School Affiliated to Xi’an Jiaotong University gave each of its first group of students a sunflower bracelet which symbolizes positivity and braveness. The students also walked through the “Gate for Setting Sail”, and signed their names on the signature wall.

The school’s students who will attend the next annual national college entrance exam and their teachers celebrated the new semester with a signature campaign themed “Start Being Your Own Champion”.

The Overseas Chinese Academy of Chiway Suzhou, which underwent a renovation during the summer vacation, gave each of its students a blind box containing a badge which is a token of a good wish.

The children in SIP Hanlin Kindergarten began their new semester with an exploration of their campus which was elaborately decorated to create various scenes for the “explorers”.
