Li Yaping, director of the Standing Committee of Suzhou People’s Congress, and his contingent visited SIP on Dec 9 when they gained a holistic picture of SIP’s achievements over the past three decades.

Li and his fellows visited SIP’s exhibition center, viewing the exhibits and listening to the introduction to SIP’s progress in developing toward an open and innovative world-class high-tech park.  

They also visited the 14,200-square-meter square newly created on the right bank of Jinji Lake to highlight the cultural characteristics of Suzhou and serve as a high-quality leisure space for local residents and tourists, and listened to the introduction to the 20-meter-high sculpture called “Flying”, which symbolizes the bright future of win-win cooperation between China and Singapore.
