The upgraded SIP HR Services Park was opened in Yangcheng Digital Valley, SIP recently. Concurrently, the International Talent Harbor came into service, and International Services SIP, Suzhou International Business Cooperation Center and Yangtze River Overseas Investment Service Center were inaugurated. They are expected to help accelerate flow of investments and talents into SIP.

The SIP HR Services Park, which was set up in 2019, has been moved from Fengli Street into the Sungent I-Center in Yangcheng Digital Valley, with a total built-up area of 30,000 square meters, including an office area of 17,000 square meters. It aims to accelerate concentration of diversified HR services and promote the building of a talent information hub and highly capable innovative service platform relying on the new location advantages and the digital resources in Yangcheng Digital Valley.

The International Talent Harbor provides comprehensive services for talents introduced into SIP and those looking to work overseas.

The International Services SIP provides one-stop services to support integrated development of talents and industries in SIP, while Suzhou International Business Cooperation Center is engaged in facilitating international business cooperation, and Yangtze River Overseas Investment Service Center aims to optimize cross-border investment services for businesses.

According to authorities of Jinji Lake CBD, where Yangcheng Digital Valley is located, based on the HR services park and the new establishments, the local authorities will enhance efforts to attract investments and talents so as to support SIP to develop toward an open, innovative world-class high-tech park.
