The Ministry of Commerce of China released on Jan 3 the results of the 2024 evaluation of the country’s 229 state-level economic and technological development zones. SIP retains for the ninth consecutive year the top spot in the comprehensive evaluation.

In addition to that, SIP ranks first among the Top 10 zones in terms of total imports and exports, and fourth in terms of actual use of foreign investment.

SIP, which celebrated the 30th anniversary of its establishment last year, has demonstrated excellent performance in attracting and supporting projects, bolstering industries, securing steady economic growth and other aspects over the past year, managing to keep good economic and social development.
