A lighting project carried out in Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District in SIP recently won the Lighting Project Award from Jiangsu Association of Lighting Industry.

Coverage of the project

Under the project, which lasted from August to December 2023, more than 7,000 sodium lamps at 48 roads in the district were replaced by energy-saving LED lamps which can help reduce electricity consumption by 57.60%, namely about 3.9 million kWh per year.

The project undertaker promised to offer maintenance service for these lamps for 10 years from January 2024.
