SIP is offering a diversity of options for people to escape the summer heat.

The Harmony Sky Screen Fair ? Ice Cream Festival is underway in SIP, and will last till Aug 18. Every Friday to Sunday, a number of ice cream brands gather at Harmony Times Square, offering their signature products.

From July 31 to Aug 4, The Imperial Ice Stars performs the “Cinderella on Ice” and “Peter Pan on Ice” seven times at the Grand Theatre of Suzhou Culture and Arts Centre, bringing the audiences a magical experience as the classic tales of Cinderella and Peter Pan come to life on the ice stage.

The art museums and galleries are good places to go on hot days.

The Taiwan Pastel Works Invitational Exhibition opened at the Ming Gallery of Art on July 20, and will last till Aug 11. It is free to the public.

The exhibition themed “Van Gogh and His Friends”, scheduled at the gallery from Mar 16 to Aug 30, has received high acclaims from the visitors.

Additionally, the exhibition of 14 young artists’ sculpture works at SIP Urban Art Space is worth a visit, too.
