ZEN PLACE, a Japan-based brand which offers high-quality lessons of Pilates and Yoga, opened a studio in SIP on Sept 10. It is the first ZEN PLACE studio in China.

ZEN PLACE runs 135 studios across the world, with 100,000 employees including 8,000 certified by BASI Pilates, the largest provider of Pilates teacher training courses in the world.

The ZEN PLACE studio is located on the fourth floor of Shin Kong Place (Suzhou). It boasts Pilates teachers with international certificates, imported equipment, and well-designed courses.

The studio also provides special courses to help treat scoliosis and lumbar muscle degeneration and help women stay fit and healthy during and after pregnancy.
