The 2024 (3rd) Caoxieshan Harvest Carnival kicked off at The Archaeological Site Park of Caoxieshan in SIP on Nov 2, consisting of two parts scheduled from Nov 2 to 3 and Nov 9 to 10 respectively.

The opening ceremony started with a show of ancient Chinese costumes amidst the music from the Montreux Jazz Festival China 2024 that was held in SIP late last month. Fair, party and other activities will follow.

At the opening ceremony, an AR-based digital system was launched to allow people to tour The Archaeological Site Park of Caoxieshan online in an immersive way.

The Caoxieshan Land Art event was started to give visitors to the park a brand-new experience of art and farming culture.

An award ceremony was held to give a number of primary and middle school students awards for the amazing handiworks and posters they created for the SIP Primary and Middle School Students’ Creativity Competition launched in September.
